MENTAL COACH WITH A PASSION

 

First of all, I am a very empathetic and sensitive woman who loves to support people in their personal development in order to enable them to lead a fulfilled life.

 

I have always been fascinated by the world of sports and fashion and have worked in various international fashion and lifestyle companies and European markets. As a business economist, I had various leadership roles. I have led and motivated sales and marketing teams and realized very quickly that my focus is first and foremost on people. I identify and promote individuals' potentials and talents and know how to empower them to high performance. I have always felt the need to inspire and coach others. I have developed teams and organizations and passed on my extensive knowledge to startups.

 

After more than 15 years of experience in the corporate world, I realized that although I was successful, I was no longer fulfilled because I was missing a sense of purpose in my work. I decided to change the direction of my life, exploring the true meaning of my own existence.

As a certified mental coach and trainer (ICF PCC certified, the gold standard in coaching), I accompany people and companies on their path to more mindfulness, more serenity, more success, and more fulfillment.

 

I hold various degrees and certificates in neuroscientifically well-researched methods. I work with solution-oriented coaching skills and mental techniques from professional sports, and I am a certified RMP® Master. Last but not least, I use my versatile personal and professional experiences to support people in their personality development.

As a former marathon runner and passionate athlete, I discovered the influence of mental training on top performance. The use of various techniques like self-hypnosis enabled me to deploy my resources to the full and to refine and optimize my skills. I use my comprehensive expertise and groundbreaking experiences to align my life with my values and motives and thus realize my life's dream.
